AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY REZONING LOTS 3 and 4, BLOCK 1,
E, ROBERTS ADDITION, according TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 123,
FROM ZONE C-1 to ZONE C-2; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, E. ROBERTS ADDITION,
of lhe City of Boynton Beach, ~Florida, according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 123, public records of Palm Beach County,s
Florida, to be re-zoned from ZONE C-i to ZONE C-2.
(Address: No. lll0 Railroad Avenue, Boynton Beach.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECOND: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any porti
hereof shall be declare d invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
