WEST OF INTERSTATE 95, SOUTH ~F AND
ADJACENT TO PROPERTY OWNED BY APPZ~CANT),
AMENDING ORDINANCE 89-38 OF SAI~~ CITY BY
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT OF
THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF ~E CITY BY
ADOPTING THE PROPER LAND USZ OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY, MORE pARTICULARlY DESCRIBED
HEREINAFTER; SAID LAND Q~SIGNATION IS
BEING CHANGED FROM /LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL TO PUBLIQ/ AND PRIVATE
W~EREAS, the City Co~ission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida has adopted/a Comprehensive Future Land Use
Plan and _as part of sai%/~lan a Future Land Use Element Dy
Ordinance No. 89-38 in~ccordance with the Local Government
Comprehensive Plannin~/.~c~; and
WHE~S, the ~rocedure for amendment of a Future Land
Use Element of a Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Chapter

163, Florida Stat~es, has been followed; and

W~ER~A~, after public hearin~ and study, the City
Commission deems it in the best interest of the inhabitants of
said City to amend the aforesaid Element of the Comprehensive
Plan as adopted by the City herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITYOF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Ordinance No. 89-38 of the City is hereby'
amended to reflect the following:
That the Future Land Use of the followin~ described land
shall be designated as Public and Private
