A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO ABRAMS
CONSTRUCTION, INC,, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$11,495,00 FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE HOME
DEPOT TOOL RENTAL CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECT~/E DATE.
WHEREAS, Abrams Construction, Inc., previously posted cash surety in
the amount of $11,495.00 to ensure that all outstanding issues of the Home
Depot Tool Center's Temporary Certificate of Completion are met; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this project and has
been issued a Certificate of Completion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI'TY COMHISS:ZON
OF THE CI'TY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash
surety in the amount of $11,495.00 to Abrams Construction, Inc.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
