AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, BY REZONING
LOT 24, Block I, FRANK WEBBER ADDIT.ION TO THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 3, FROM
ZONE C-1 to ZONE R- i ; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIE
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be rezoned and/or
zoned as follows:
Lot 24, Block 1, FRANK WEBBER ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, according to the.Plat
thereof on file -in the -office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book
9, Page 3, to be rezoned from ZONE C-1 to ZONE R-1
(Address: #147 N.W. 10th Avenue).
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordin~
SECTION 2: Separa~)ility. ,I~ach of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if
any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not
be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.-. Repel-ling Provisions. All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and ordinance~
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
