O64-15ORDINANCE NO. 64 - 15 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FIXING A TAX RATE AND LEVYING TAXES FOR THE USE AND SUPPORT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID MUNICIPALITY BY MAKING A TAX LEVY FOR THE GENERAL EXPENSE, CITY PUBLICITY AND INTEREST AND SINKING FUND REQUIRE- MENTS OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 1 964, AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1965, AND APPORTIONING EACH LEVY FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied and there shall be collected for the use and support of the municipal government of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and to provide for city publicity and Interest and Sinking Fund require- ments for the fiscal year beginning November 1, 1964 ard ending October 31, 1965, upon all property real, personal, and mixed, within the corporate limits of said city subject to taxation as follows, said tax being $o levied and apportioned to the specific purposes herein set forth: DISBURSEMENTS OF AD VALOREM TAX LEVY FOR .~.964-1965 REQUIREMENT: MILLS ASSESSED VALUATION 100% YIELD General Fund 6.84- 60,712,644 (non exempt) 415,274 v- Refunding .47 76,001,999 (Total) 35, 720 I & S Fund .39 60,712,644 (non exempt) 23,676 Publicity Fund .30. 60,712,644 (non exempt) 18,213 ~ 8.0 -49~2~883 SECTION 2: All monies collected under this ordinance for the specific items herein named be and the same are hereby appropriated and set apart for the specific purposes indicated in each item. All receipts for the city specifically apportioned by this ordinance are hereby made payable to the General Fund of the City. SECTION 3: This ordinance is an ordinance fixing the tax rate ~nd making a tax levy for the General Expense, City Publicity and Interest and Sinking Fund requirements upon the indebtedness of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, -1- FLORIDA, for the fiscal year beginning November 1, 1964 and ending October 31, 1965. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, in such case made and provided.
