O64-12 ORDINANCE NO. 64-12 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, BY GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR MOBILE HOME SALES INCLUDING TRAVEL TRAILERS ON LOTS 128 & 129 (LESS THE EAST 30 FEET THEREOF) AND LOTS 130,4 131, 132, & 133 LAKESIDE GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 57; REPLEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 31, Section 8 of Ordinance 62-9 of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, a conditional use for mobile home sales including travel trail.~rs is hereby granted on the following described property: Lots 128 & 129 (less the eas~ 30 feet thereof) and lots 130, 131, 132, & 133 Lakeside Gardens, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in the Plat Book 8, Page 57, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingl~ SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordinance are separable, including words, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effec- tive in the manner and the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA. First reading this 6th day of July, A.
