AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY REZONING LOTS.25, 26 and 27, Block 4,
BOYNTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE ~4, FROM ZONE
R-2 to ZONE R-3; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEAC[
FLORIDA :~
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
Lots 25, 26 and 27, Block 4, BOYNTON HEIGHTS, asubdivision
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the Plat thereof on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pgim Beach
County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 64, public records of
Palm Beach County, Florida, to be re-zoned from ZONE I~-2 to ZONE
R-3. (Address: 101 N.W. 1st Avenue. )
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: ~eparability. Each of the provisions of this ordinanc
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, ;the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effec-
tire in the manner and at the time provided by the Charter and Ordinances of
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
