AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PROPOSED PLAT OF
SIERRA HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION LOCATED WITHIN SAID
CITY, PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE. DATE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS~ the Developer 6f SIERRA HEIGHTS, a proposed sub-
division wilhin the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, constiluting a portion of
Lot 7 of the Subdivision of Townships 45 and 46 South, Range 43 East, Plat
Book 1, Page 4, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida, has heretofore
submitted a preliminary plat which has been approved by the City Council and
the City Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said preliminary approval the Developer
has installed or-caused to be installed all improvements required by the
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, including roadways and
public utilities, in accordance with the specifications required by said muni-
cipality; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works of the City of Boynton
Beach has heretofore approved the installation of said items; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has in all other respects complied with
the requirements of the City pertaining to the approval of subdivisions;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by-the City Council of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida:
1. That the proposed final plat of SIERRA HEIGHTS is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby authorized to ,execute
the acceptance of the dedication of said plat on behalf of the City.
