AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ~VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY REZONING LOT 22, BLOCK 11, CENTRAL
PARK ANNEX, PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 51, FROM
ZONE C-1 TO ZONE C-2; REPEALING ALL ORD-
INANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
Lot 22, Block 11, CENTRAL PARK ANNEX, a sub-
division .of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
12, at Page 51, public records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, to be re-zoned from Zone C-1 to
Zone C-2. Address: 141 S. E. 15th Avenue.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordinanc
are separable, including word, clause~ phrase, or sentence, and if any portion
hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall[ not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effec%.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or paris of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
