AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY REZONING LOT 8, BLOCK 4, PALM BEACH
COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, FROM ZONE C-1 TO ZONE
R-S; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows-
Lot 8, Block 4, PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES,
a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
according To the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
at Page~ 43, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
to be re-zoned from Zone C-1 to Zone R-3. Address:
129 N. E. 9th Avenue.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separabilily. Each of the provisions of this ordin-
ance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any
portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3:. Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effectiv
in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
