AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, DECLARING THE INTENTION OF SAID CITY TO
EXTEND ITS MUNICIPAL TERRITORIAL LIMITS BY THE
ANNEXATION OF AN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LAND
LYING CONTIGUOUS THERETO AND WITHIN PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT: THE SOUTH 80 FEET OF LOTS
31 AND 32 AND ALL OF LOTS 34 AND 64, SECTION 30,
TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST AS SET FORTH
IN THE PALM BEACH FARMS COMPANY PLAT #8,
PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 73; PROVIDING FOR REPEALING CLAUSE

WHEREAS, the owner of a certain tract of land more particularly
described hereinafter, lying adjacent and contiguous to the territorial limits
of the City of Boynton Beach, and within Palm Beach County, Florida, has
petitioned the City Council for the annexation of said property by the City of
Boynton Beach; and
and
WHEREAS, subject tract contains less than ten registered voters;
WHEREAS, it is consideredto be for the best interest of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, and for the owner of subject tract that same be
annexed and included within the municipal territorial limits of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, hereby declares its intention to annex the following des-
cribed tract of land to the municipal territorial limits of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida:
The south 80 feet of Lots 31 and 32 and all of Lots 34 and 64,
Section 30, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, as set forth
in the Palm Beach t~arms Company Plat #8, Plat Book 5,
Page 73.
SECTION 2. 'A%l~i.o~di~x~es or parts of ordinances ~gi conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Should any section or provision of this ordinance, or
any portion ;hereof be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in-
valid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a
whole or any part her~eof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
SECTION 4, Specific authority is hereby granted to codify and
incorporate this ordinance in the City's existing code.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall become effective in the manner
and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances of the City of Boynton
Beach~ Florida.
