AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, BY REZONING LOTS t~ through 10 inclusive
BLOCK 2, LAKE ADDITION, FROM ZONE R-IA TO
ZONE R-3; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS
OR ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:

The following parcel shall be rezoned and/or
Lots 1 lhrough 10 inclusive, Block 2, LAKE ADDITION,
a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, according
to the plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach Counly, Florida, recorded
in Plat Book 11, Page 71 , to be rezoned from Zone R-iA to
Zone R-3. Address:703 -743 N. E. 10th Avenue.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability.
