FLORIDA, FIXING A TAX RATE AND LEVYING TAXES
FOR THE U~E AND'SUPPORT OF THE MUNICIPAL
GOVERN1VIENT OF SAID MUNICIPALITY BY MAKING
A TAX LEVY FOR THE GENERAL EXPENSE, CITY
PUBLICITY AND INTEREST AND SI~NG FUND
REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDAI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
NOVEMBER 1, 1963, andE~ING OCTOBER 31~
1964, AND 4PPORTIONING EACH LEVY FOR A
SPECIFIC PURPOSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY ~CfUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1: That there is hereby levied and there sl~all be
collected for the use and support of the municipal government of ihe City of
Boynton Beach, Floridk, and zo provide for City Publicity and Interest and
Sinking Fund requirements for the fiscal year beginning Novembe
and ending October 31, 1964, upon all property real, personal~
within the corporate limits of said City subject to taxation as fglt
tax being so levied and apportioned to the specific purposes he~eJ

SECTION 2: All monies collected under this ordinance for the
specific items herein named be and the same are hereby appromriated and
set apar~ for the specific purposes indicated in each item. All ip s for
the City not specifically apportioned by this ordinance are hereby made
payable to the General Fund of the City.
SECTION 3: This ordinance is an ordinance fixing the tax rate
and making a tax levy for the General Expense, City Publicity and Interest
and Sinking Fund requirements upon the indebtedness of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, for the fiscal year beginning November 1,
1963 and ending October 31, 1964.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective from and
after its passage in accordance with the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, in such case made and provided.
First reading this 9th day of September, A. D. 1963.
Second, final reading and passage this 24th day of S~ptember
