O63-31ORDINANCE NO. 63 - 31 AN APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1963 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1964. WHEREAS, the CITY CHARTER of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, requires an appropriations ordinance be passed by the City Council of said municipality each year, adopting a budget showing revenue of the City from ail sources and the estimated expenditures to the various purposes for the ensuing fiscal year; NOW, THEREFORE, OF BOYNTON BEACH, SECTION 1: be it ordained by the City Council of the CITY FLORIDA, as follows: That the proposed budget for the ensuing fiscal year previously prepared by the City Manager now on file in the City Hall of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby adopted for the fiscal year of said municipality beginning November 1~ 1963, and ending October 31, 1964, pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of Section 28 and Section 84 of the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, said budget being made a part hereof by ~reference. SECTION 2: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $808,832.00 to the General Fund for the payment of operating expenses and necessary capital outlay for the city government pursuant to the terms of the above budget. SECTION 3: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $35,538.00 to the Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt service for the purpose of paying the interest due on the general o~)ligation bonds of the City not subject to statutory exemptions, and for redeeming such bonds as they mature. SECTION 4: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $22,663.00 to the Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt service for the purpose of paying the interest due on the general obligation bonds of the city subject to statutory exemptions, and for redeeming such bonds as they mature. SECTION 5: That there is hereby appropriated time sum of $197,244.00 to the Water Utility Fund for operating expenses and necessary capital outlay for the municipal water department. SECTION 8: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $15,848.00 to the Sewer Utility Fund for operating expenses and necessary capital outlay for the municipal sewer department. SECTION 7: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $119,451.00 to the Interest and Sinking Fund of the combined municipal water and sewer departments for the general debt service for the purpose of paying interest due on the bonds of said departments and for redeeming such bonds as they mature, and for payment of outstanding developers~ refunding agre em ents. SECTION 8: That this ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, in such case made and provided.
