FLORID4, AMENDING SECTION 17-23 OF TIIE CQDI-
FIED ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY PROHIBITING THE
PRESENCE OF MINORS IN POOL HALLS AND PROVID-
ING CER[FAIN EXCEPTIONS THERETO; FURTHEI~
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF;
A SAVINGS/ CLAUSE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 17-23 of the Codified Ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, be and the same is hereby amended
to read:
Section 17-23
(a) It is unlawful for any person, his servant or employee

(b) It shsll be the duty of any person who is the pro-
prietor or keeper of a billiard parlor or pool hall
to post conspicuously in his place of business the
following sigh:- "Minors under the age of twenty-~e

of parent.
Seotion 2. Penalty: Any person, firm or corpor
of violation of this Ordinance shall be punished by fine not exce~

not exceeding ninety days or both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. Separability: If any part of this ordi~

Section 6. Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
