AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I~ The following parcel shall be re-zoned and 'or
zoned as follows:
TRACT
Legal description - Central Park Annex
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & E 44' of Lot 6~ Blk, 11,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the
office of the clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for Palm Beach County, Florida, in plat book 12,
page 51; Lots 1 & 2 to be rezoned from R-1 to C-1
and Lots 3, 4, 5 & E 44' of 6 to be rezoned from
zone R-1 to zone R-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability~. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing. Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinance
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
