AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINAI~ E
NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/
zoned as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 22, Block 12, CENTRAL
PARK ANNEX, a subdivision of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida, in Plat Book l2, Page 51. (Address:
105 S. W. 15th Avenue). To be rezoned from Zone R-1
to Zone~C-1, to be used for a Beauty Shop and Florist Shop.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended
accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. ~,ffective date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and au the time provided by the charter and ordinanc
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
