O63-13ORDINANCE NO. 63- :1-3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUB-PARAGRAPH 31 of PARAGRAPH A, SECTION 8, ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 of said City; PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONAL USES WITHIN ZONE C-I; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION t. Sub-paragraph 31, of Paragraph A, of Section 8 of Ordinance No. 62-9 of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, be and the same is hereby amended to read: 31. Any general commercial usage, although not specifically enumerated hereinabove, may be reviewed by the Planning Board upon application, and after finding as a fact that said requested use is consistent with and in the general public interest, same may be recommended to the City Coungil for approval. Upon receipt of any such recommendation for conditional use, the City Council shall, after due notice, hold a public hearing relative such proposed use and may thereafter, if it is determined such use is in the general public interest, authorize same. SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordin- ance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any provision thereof shall be declared dnvalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances, of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA. First rea[ling this 1st day of April, A.
