AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY oF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or zoned
as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 11, School Road Estates (unfiled)
Acreage Section 33 - 45 43. Address - 2824 S. Seacrest Blvd.
To be re-zoned from ZONE 8-2 to ZONE ~-3, and authorizing
conditional use of said property as Professional Apothecary.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this ordinance
are separable, including word, clause,

SECTION 3: Repealing I~rs~isions. All ordinances or parts of

CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
