AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, REPE~LING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or zoned
as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 40 and 41 in CRESTVIEW SUB-
DIVISION. Address - S. E. 2nd St. & 23rd Avenue as recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm
Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 23, Page 154. To be re-zoned
from ZONE R-2 to ZONE C-1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability. Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any pro-
vision hereof Shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. Ali ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
