AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID CITY, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 32 to 39 inclusive in CRESTVIEW
SUBDIVISION. Address - S. E.. 2nd Street and 23rd Avenue.,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
in plat book 23, Page 154. To be rezoned from ZONE R-2 to
ZONE C- 1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this ordinance
are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and if any pro-
vision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be
affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
