AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: the following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 130 and the South 20 feet of Lot
131, Block A, BOYNTON HILLS, a subdivision of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm
Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 4, P~ge 51, to
be re-zoned from ZONE R-2 to ZONE C-i, to be used as a beauty
shop and residence.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended accordingly.
SECTION 2. Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause,
~f any provision hereof shall be declared invalid,
phrase, or sentence, and
the remaining portion shall
not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or parts of
~rdinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
