AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINES TO PROVIDE EIGHTY (80)
FOOT RIGHT OF WAY FOR FUTURE WIDENING OF FIFTEENTH
AVENUE, SOUTH, WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDAj PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE
DATE; REPEALING PROVISIONS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Master Plan, providing for
the future development of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ previously
adopted by the City Council of said City, Fifteenth Avenue, South, has been
designated as one of the main arterial highways for East-West traffic througl~
said municipality; and
WHEREAS, immediate plans have been formulated for the
construction of a bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway c~nnecting State
Road A1A and U. S. Highway #1, at the eastern terminus of said Fifteenth
Avenue, South; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed essential by the City Council that
adequate right of way be made available for the future widening of said
Fifteenth Avenue, South, through the municipal limits of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That setback lines are hereby established along the
existing route of South Fifteenth Avenue, and the Westerly extension thereof,
within the City limits of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, at point~
