AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, _AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 62-9 OF ~AID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
~ECTION 1: The following parcel shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOts 1 to 8 inclusive and 15 to 22
inclusive, Block 74 in BEVERL~ HILLS ADDITION No. 3, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat Book 13, Page
64, to be re-zoned from ZONE C-1 to ZONE C-2.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended
accordingly.
~ECTION 2. ~eparability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
~ECTION 3. t~epealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
MECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effec-
