AN ORDINANCE OF THE~.~.~CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 62-9 OF SAID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcell shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
That portion of the North 100 feet of the South 1, 030 feet
of the East Half of the NE1/4'of Section 33, Township 45
South, Range 43 East, lying west of U. S. Highway #1,
(Less the West 225 feet thereof and Less Highway right-of
way) to be rezoned from ZONE R-3 to ZONE ~-1.
The Official Zoning Map of the City shall be amended
accordingly.
SECTION 2. Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaini,.~ portion shall
not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinance
of the City of Boynton Beach,
