AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE #62-9 OF SAID
CITY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following parcels shall be re-zoned and/or
zoned as follows:
TRACT 1. Legal Description - Lot 2, Robinson Addition
as recorded in Plat Book 23, page 144, Palm Beach County
Records. Address: North side of S. E. 23rd Avenue,
adjoining Consolidated Development Corp., Boynton Beach,
Florida, re- zone d from Zone R- 2 to Zone C- 1.
TRACT 2. Legal Description. All of Block ~ and Lots
1, 2, 5 and 6, Block 2, SEACREST ESTATES as recorded
in Plat<~Book 24, Page 245, Palm Beach County Records.
Address: S. E. 27th Avenue and S. E. 27th Court, from
1st Street to 2nd Street, inclusive. To be re-zoned from
Zones R-1 and R-2 to Zone R1AA.
SECTION 2. Separability. Each of the provisions of this
ordinance are separable including word, clause, phrase, or sentence, and
if any provision hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall
not be a~fected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by the charter and ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
