AN APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1,
1962 AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1963.
WHEREAS, the CITY CHARTER of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, requires an appropriations ordinance be passed by the
City Council of said municipality each year, adopting a budget showing..
revenue of the City from all sources and the estimated expenditures to the
various purposes for the ensuing fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
SECTION I: That the proposed budget for the ensuing fiscal
year previously prepared by the Cily Manager as amended by the City Council
at its special meeting of September 24, 1962, now on file in the City Hall of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby adopted for
the fiscal year'of said municipality beginning November 1, 1962, and ending
October 31, 1963, pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of
Seciion 28 and Section 84 of the City Charter of the City of Boynion Beach,
Florida, said budget being made a part hereof by reference.
SECTION 2: Thai there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$786,158.00 to the General Fund for!the payment of operating expenses and
necessary capital outlay for the city government pursuant to the terms of the
above budget.
SECTION 3: Thai there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$37,278.00 to the Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt service for the
purpose of paying the interest due on the general obligation bonds of the City
not subject to statutory exemptions, and for redeeming such bonds as they
mature.
SECTION 4: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$23,213.00 to the Interest and Sinking Fund for general debt service for
the purpose of paying the interest due on the general obligation bonds of the
city subject to statutory exemptions,

SECTION 5: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$ 2115, 178.00 to the Water Utility Fund for operating expenses and
ne ce ss ary capital outlay for the municipal water department.
SECTION 6: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$ 9~ 452. 00 to the Sewer 'Uiility Fund for operating expenses and necessarp
capital outlay for the municipal sewer department.
SECTION 7: That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$120, 845.00 to the Interest and Sinking Fund of the combined municipal
water and sewer departrr~ents for the. general debt service for the purpose
of paying interest due on the bonds of said departments and for redeeming
such bonds as they mature, and for paym~nt of outstanding developers' re-
funding agreements.
SECTION 8: That this ordinance shall become effective from
after its passage in accordance with the Charter of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, in such case made and provided.
