AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, DECLARING T-HE INTENTION OF SAID
CITY TO EXTEND ITS MUNICIPAL TERRITORIAL
LIMITS BY THE ANNEXATION OF AN UNINCORPORATED
TRACT OF LAND LYING CONTIGUOUS THERETO
AND WITHIN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT~ THERE-
WITH: PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, AUTHORITY
TO CODIFY, AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the owner of a certain tract of lan4 more parti-
cularly described hereinafter, lying adjacent and contiguous to the territorial
limits of the City of Boynton Beach, and within Palm Bm ch County, Florida,
has petitioned the City Council for the annexation of said property by the City
of Boynton Beach; and
WHEREAS,

the City of Boynton Beach,
subject tract contains less than ten registered
, it is considered to be for the best interest of
Florida, and for the owner of subject tract that
NOW~ THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1: Thai the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Flori da, hereby declares its intention to annex the following described
tract of land to the municipal territorial limits of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida:
The East 500 feet of the West 750 feet of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township
45 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida,
subject to a right-of-way of the South 50 feet of the North
Half of the Northeast Quarter as set out in Deed Book
947, Page 367.

conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: Should any secti on or provision of this
ordinance, or any portion hereof be declared by a court of competent juris-
diction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainde
hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be
