AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, t961
AND ENDING OCTOBER 31, 1962
PREAMBLE
This ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure
enacted for the purpose of maintaining the orderly daily operation of the
municipal departments of the City.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, by Ordinance No. 61-30, has heretofore adopted a municipal
budget for the City for the fiscal year beginning November 1, 1961 and
ending October 31, 1962; and
WHEREAS, in the operation of the municipal government
during subject fiscal year, it has become necessary that certain transfers
be made within the above budget as previously adopted to allow for the or~
conduct of business by the municipality;
NOW, THEREFOREi be it ordained by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the municipal budget for the fiscal year beginning
November 1, 1961 and ending October 31, 1962 heretofore
adopted by the City Council by Ordinance No. 61-30, is
hereby amended in accordance with the attached addenda ...... ~
which is hereby made a part hereof by reference as if
fully setforth herein.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed
SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is deemed an emergency measure and
shall become effective immediately in accordance with Section
25 of the codified charter of the City of Boynton Beach, FlOrida,
in such case made and provided.
