AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 318 OF SAID CITY PROVIDING FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONS/i~O MUNICIPAL SEWER
SYSTEM BY DEVELOPERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATTING
OF ACREAGE WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF SAID CITY;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AUTHORITY TO CODIFY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Thai sub-section 6 of sub-paragraph C of Section 5 of
318 of the City of Boynton Beach,
Ordinance No.
1956,
is hereby amended to read:
Florida, adopted March 25,
"6. Layout of water mains and service lines, fire hydrants and
layout of sewer mains and necessary sewerage disposal lines."
SECTION 2. Section 8 of Ordinance_ Nol 318 of the City of Boynton
B~ach, Florida, adopted March 25, 1959,
by adding after sub-paragraph C thereof,
designated as sub-paragraph D to read:
"D.
is hereby supplemented and amended
and additional sub-paragraph to be
Sewerage Disposal System. Sewer mains and all'~ecessary
sewer laterals or other necessary connecting lines shall be
provided and installed at the developer's eexpense in order to
adequately serve all lots shown on the Subdivision Plat for
domestic, commercial and/or industrial use, whichever is
applicable. Said sewer system shall conform to the Master
Sewer Plan prepared by the City's Consulting Engineers,
Russell & Axon, now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, or any supplemental plan
hereafter adopted by the City Council of said municipalty."
SECTION 3: Separability. If any section, sub-section, clause,
sentenc,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconsti-
tutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed
a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect
~the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 4: Repealing Provisions. Ail ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repeale¢
SECTION 5. Authority to Codify.
