A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE RESTORATION
BOND FOR CHALET IV, IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 45
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, lakes have been dug and other earthwork substan-
tially completed except for the hauling of 38,000 cubic yards of
excess material off-site, and,
WHEREAS, the Design Engineer has certified that the on-site
earthwork is complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The restoration bond in the amount of $30,000.00 may be
reduced to $15,000.00.
