A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR THE LOOP ROAD SERVING CHALET IV, PLATS
1,2,3 and 4, IN SECTION 18, TO~SHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, the Loop Road included with development plans for
Plats 1,2,3 and 4 of the Chalet IV P.U.D. has been partially
completed, and,
WHEREAS, the Design Engineer has certified that the value
of the uncompleted portions of the road is equal to $29,000,00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond for $53,537.50 may be reduced to
$29,000.00.
