A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE PERFOrmaNCE
BOND FOR PRIVATE RECREATION FACILITIES, CHALET IV,
PLAT NO. 3, IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES
176 thru 179 OF PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS.
WHEREAS, private recreational facilities including tennis
courts,racquet ball courts, basketball courts, pool and bathhouse
have been partially completed, and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of the
uncompleted work to be $45,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond may be reduced from $136,000.00 to
$45,000.00.
