A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 'CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE PERFORMANCE
BOND FOR THE LANDINGS IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 45
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52,
PAGES 48 thru 52 OF PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage, water distribu-
tion system and sewage collection system improvements have been
made, and,
WHEREAS, the City Utility Director and the City Engineer
agree that the value of the uncompleted work is $119,121.20.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT_RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond may be reduced from $1,582,000.00 to
$119~121.20.
