A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'Ff OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE
PERFORMANCE BOND
WHEREAS, a request has been received zo reduce the
Performance Bond, received from Cohar, Inc., mn the amount of $60,000,
bond number 02236 for the water and sewer improvements, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Utilities concurred with this requesz
and has made his recommendation to release the bond accordingly,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Performance Bond in the amount of $60,000
is hereby reduced tO the. total .amount _of $12,500.
