A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE
SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR MANOR CARE IN SECTION
.6, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, the final plat for Plat for Manor Care meets
the City Ordinance requirements, and,
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $78,000.00
has been received and all fees including the administration fee
in the amount of $1,560.00 received.
NOW THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received final
plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject
subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
