86-PPPA RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A
FINAL BUDGET FOR ~4E FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1986 AND
ENDING SE~ER 30, 1987; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has
with Florida Statutes section 200.065.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the proposed Budget for the ensuing Fiscal Year pre-
prepared by the City Manager, reviewed and amended by the City Council,
now filed in the City Hall, City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same
.s hereby finalized and adopted for the Fiscal Year of said municipality
October 1, 1986, and ending September 3~0, 1987, pursuant to and in
with the provisions of the City Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,
and the Laws of Florida, said Budget being made a part hereof by
Section 2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
~3,584,705.00 to the Sanitation Fund for the payment of operating expenses and
capital outlays.
Section 3. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
895.00 to the Boynton Beach Recreational Facilities Fund (Golf Course)
operating expenses and necessary capital outlays.
Section 4. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $395,601.00
the Boynton Beach Recreational Facilities Fund for the purpose of paying Debt
due on the Golf Course Recreational Bonds, the sum of $13,044.00 for the
of its Revenue Bond discounts and prepaid insurance, for a total of
3408,645.00.
Section 5. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
848.00 to the Vehicle Service Fund for the payment of operating expenses
necessary capital outlays.
Section 6. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $851,831.00
the Local Option Gas Tax Fund for the payment of operating expenses and
capital outlays.
Section 7. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
