86-OOORESOLUTION NO. 86-OO(~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CULVERHOUSE SUBDIVISION
IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST,
BEING A REPLAT OF NORTHWOODS AT HUNTERS RUN,
ADDITION NO. 1, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK NO. 49, PAGES
192 AND 193 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH
COUNTY
WHEREAS, the final plat includes only three residential
plots that are already served with utilities, roadways and
drainage, and,
WHEREAS, the filing fee has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received final
plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject
subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
