A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, RELEASING THE PER-
FORMANCE BOND
WHEREAS, a request has been received to release the
Performance Bond, received from High Ridge Country Club, Inc.
in the amount of $65,000, bond number 8100-94-42 for the
water and sewer improvements, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Utilities concurred with this
request and has made his recommendation to release the bond
accordingly,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Performance Bond in th~ amount of
$65,000 is hereby released in the total amount of $65,000.
