A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CHALET
IV, PLAT NO.3, A PART OF THE MELEAR P.U.D.
IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, all fees including the administration fee of
$6,824.00 and a recreation fee of $23,715.00 have been received,
and,
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $341,200.00
has been received to insure that improvements are installed,
completed and paid for:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received final
plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject
subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
