A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING THE VALUE FOR THE
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR COSTA BELLA SUBDIVISION
IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43
EAST
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $110,000.00
was posted to assure construction of the improvements, and,
WHEREAS, all the bonded improvements have been completed
except for sidewalks and swales,
, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the required amount of the performance bond be
reduced to $8,000.00.
