OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, REDUCING THE
PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BOYNTON LAKES, PLAT NO. 2,
IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 138 and 139
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS
WHEREAS, earthwork, paving and drainage, water distri-
bution system and sewage collection system improvements have been
made~ andy
WHEREAS, the value of the uncompleted work is $45,863.75,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
The performance bond may be reduced from the value of
$136,339.00 as stated in Resolution No. 86-I to $45,863.75.
