WHEREAS, performance bonds are being held as listed below
Bond No. C6135649 - Fidelity & Deposit Co. of Md.
(Water Distribution & Sewer Collection) $67,882.00
Bond No. C6135648 - Fidelity & Deposit Co. of Md.
(Paving, Drainage & Street Lights) $72,027.00
to insure that subdivision improvements are installed, completed
and paid for in accordance with applicable requirements, and,
WHEREAS, the administration fee of $2,800.00 has been
received,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, .FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received final
plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and subject
subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
