A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, REDUCING THE VALUE OF THE
PERFOrmaNCE BOND FOR MAHOGANY BAY, PLAT NO.
1, IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE
43 EAST.
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of
$466,516.75 was posted to assure construction of the improvements,
and,'
WHEREAS, a substantial amount of the bonded
improvements have been completed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
$266,053.70.
That the required amount of the bond be reduced to
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS ~day of
