AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 205, REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the following parcels shall be zoned and/or
rezoned as follows:
Block 1 and Block 3 of the proposed Plat of ROLLING
GREEN RIDGE, THIRD ADDITION, Boynton Beach
Florida, to be rezoned -~50 square feet, single family
residential;
Block i1, proposed Plat of ROLLING GREEN RIDGE,
THIRD ADDITION, Boynton Beach, Florida, to be rezoned
800 square feet, single family residential;
Blocks 14, 20 and 21, proposed Plat of ROLLING GREEN,~)6[
THIRD ADDITION, Boynton Beach, Florida, to be rezoned -
l, 000 square feet, single family residential.
SECTION 2: Separability. All of the provisions of this ordin-
ance are separable inclBding word, clause, phrase or sentence and if any
provision hereof shall be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction,
the remaining provisions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effe ct.
SECTION 3: Repealing Provisions. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective upon the approval of the Plat of ROLLING GREEN RIDGE, THIRD
ADDITION, Boynton Beach, Florida,byl!he Municipal and County authorities
and the filing of said Plat with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm
Beach County, Florida.
