A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING MEADOW LAKE P.U.D. A REPLAT
OF TRACT "M", MEADOWS 300, PLAT NO. 3 IN
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the final plat of Meadow Lake has been submitted
for approval, and,
WHEREAS, the performance bond No. B04762 by Southeastern
Casualty and Indemnity Insurance Company in the amount of
$391,394.00 is being held to insure that required improvements are
installed, completed and paid for in accordance with applicable
requirements, and the administration fee of $7,827.88 received,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat for Meadow Lake is hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval by the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon
and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
