A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR BOYNTON
LAKES, PLAT NO. 3-B IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 45
SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST.
WHEREAS, performance bonds as listed below are being
held to insure that site improvements are installed, completed and
paid for in accordance with applicable requirements,

WHEREAS, all fees have been received including the
administration fee of $4,719.24,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the plat is hereby resolved to have
received final plat approval by the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed
upon and subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.
