2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
3 FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE RE-
4 ASSIGNMENT OF THE TOWN SQUARE INVESTIGATION
5 TO PAMALA H. RYAN, ESQUIRE, OF OTTINOT RYAN
6 LAW, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

8 WHEREAS, on September 14, 2023, the City Commission provided the former Interim
9 City Attorney direction and a scope of work for the Town Square investigation; and
10 WHEREAS, due to a potential conflict of interest with the currently assigned counsel
11 relating to this matter, the City Attorney's Office is requesting reassignment to Pamala H. Ryan,
12 Esquire, of Ottinot Ryan Law; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, deems it to be
14 in the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City to Approve and authorize the re-
15 assignment of the Town Square Investigation to Pamala H. Ryan, Esquire, of Ottinot Ryan Law.
16 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
17 BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
18 Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
19 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption.
20 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
21 approves and authorizes the re-assignment of the Town Square Investigation to Pamala H.
22 Ryan, Esquire, of Ottinot Ryan Law.
23 Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately.
