86-AAA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING PRICES AND FEES FOR CEMETERY
LOTS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
W/{EREAS, Section 6-11 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
Df Boynton Beach, Florida, pertaining to cemeteries within said muni-
cipality, provides that the City Council shall from time to time, by
resolUtion, provide for the sale of cemetery lots, fix the price to be
charged therefor, and the terms and conditions of such sales, and pro-
vide for the conveyance of such lots, and shall fix the schedule of
fees to be charged for permits, burials, and other services; and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Board of the City of Boynton Beach, has
heretofore forwarded its recon~nendations to the City Council relative
alteration of said existing rates because of the increase in costs for
operation of the cemetery.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:

Section 2. All other charges and procedures presently

within said City .shall remain as now established.
