A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
A FEE SCHEDULE FOR ALL LAND USE REGULATIONS
IN THE CITY AND SETTING. F~ORTH SUCH FEE
SCHEDULES.
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that the City's land use
regulation fees should properly be located in one document and;
WHEREAS, Ordinance NO. ~ .~-~ has been adopted
deleting specific application fee references from the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and further
providing that such fees shall be as adopted by Resolution of
the City Council.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bv the City Council
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
